This individual's primary responsibility is to cost effectively complete work orders in a timely manner to ensure on time delivery while maintaining SP's standard for workmanship and complying with all safety, quality, and documentation requirements. Attention to detail, focus on meeting operational goals, and communication are key behaviors required for success. Most importantly, this individual must embrace change and focus on continuous operational and process improvements that further enhance the customer experience with SP's products and services.
Essential Duties:

- Prepare and assemble various segments of mechanical systems and top-level assemblies as well as lower-level components and sub-assemblies under the direction of the immediate supervisor.
- Interpret and use drawings, process procedures, and other written documentation to complete the preparation and assembly of components.
- Fabricate simpler components using various items including hand tools, power tools, fixtures, jigs, drills, taps, saws and other tools and tooling.
- Form, prepare, and align copper, brass, and plastic piping along with associated bracketing and hardware.
- Braze, solder and bond piping.
- Mount various assemblies and components.
- Perform metal treatment processes per documented procedures and work instructions; processes include polishing, painting, and passivation.
- Meet documented specification requirements and quality standards in a cost effective and timely manner.
- Use various types of material handling equipment including hand trucks, carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, cranes, et cetera.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
- Suggest changes for improved operations and cost savings.
- Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner as required by the manufacturing processes: Time Sheets, Assembly Routers, Non-conformance Records, Test Records, and others.
- Follow all applicable safety policies, precautions, recommendations and procedures.
- Assist other production departments or operations areas based on workloads and needs.
- Assist in non-production areas as may be required by supervision and management.
Qualifications:

- Provide leadership and overall management of the Technical Communications Group and staff across SP Industries locations worldwide.
- Manage product documentation delivery cycle for the on-time development of all customer facing and internal documentation to support company products through all stages of development.
- Manage the technical writing team within the Technical Communications Group in the creation and maintenance of user and customer validation documentation supporting product development.
- Works with cross-functional team to ensure on-time delivery of quality product documentation. Also the manager drives and leads the aspect of continuous improvement for evolving technical writing and publishing tools, and the deployment of a component content management system.
- Development, delivery and maintenance of all technical documentation through the use of proper tracking/revision control for the entire organization.
- Responsible for the production and management of FVT,FAT, product Validation documents to FDA, GMP and SP Scientific requirements, Training Materials, User Guides, Reference Guides, Release and Application Notes, Technical Bulletins, Hardware, Safety & Installation Guides, FAQ’s and any other technical documentation that is required in support of SP Scientific internal and external customer base.
- Responsible for the integrated documentation development and review process companywide a focus on improving the speed, information — sharing and quality of final documentation delivery.

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager works closely with the plant leadership teams, company leaders and local HR leaders to effectively recruit talent as well as act as subject matter expert.

The coverage plan will include coordinating efficient and timely coverage of targeted accounts through our distribution partner networks and direct contact with end users. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for tracking account progress using a combination of field visits, phone calls, and emails to grow sales. These activities will be entered into a contact database and synchronized on a regular basis. As a member of the sales team, the incumbent will be called upon to develop an annual sales plan with monthly forecasts for their assigned accounts, while also assisting periodically in responsibilities outside his/her geographic boundaries for the overall success of SP Industries.

Picker/Packer
The purpose of this position is to pick, pack and ship various products from inventory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Reads and fills customer orders, work orders, shipping orders,or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Assembles and packs customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
Marks materials with identifying information and maintains shipping records. Arranges stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers. Completes requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments. Prepares parcels for mailing.Maintains inventory records.
International Standards Organization (ISO) Compliance: Maintains high level of quality in the areas of documentation, inspections, and job performance, as required in procedures and work instructions related to job functions.
Performsand completes any other work assigned by management when requested. Performs general clean-up of thework area.

SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to locate the proper mold for each molding assignment, install the molds onto plastic injection molding machines, set up the machines controls and troubleshoot and correct process problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Develop and master a plan for insourcing molding. Repair broken molding. Optimize production schedule to minimize change over schedule and down time. Train molding repair technicians and processors to improve efficiency. The Engineer prepares molds for production runs, sets up molds on the injection molding machines, troubleshoots machine and process problems, coordinates tool repair and maintenance. The Engineer also makes adjustments as necessary and performs audits of existing processes and maintains appropriate records. Other duties may be assigned.

Summary
With safety, quality, efficiency and customer service as a priority the Material Logistics Coordinator will be a critical part of the business. Using your import and export knowledge you will facilitate the receiving moving and shipping of supplies, stock materials and products. You will manage the flow of orders requiring strong reliance on monitoring and co-ordination of delivery pickup and/or drop off schedules. You will execute the logistics plan for both domestic and international projects with an emphasis on controlling costs while meeting schedule, customer and compliance requirements.
Key tasks
- Receiving material in to the facility and distribution to the appropriate points of use.
- Picking, packing & dispatching customer orders.
- Maintain good inventory accuracy by having a meticulous level of detail.
- Working in a FIFO manner to ensure all jobs are processed sequentially.
- Managing courier deliveries and collections and tracking accordingly
- Interface with worldwide customs, freight forwarders and clearing agents

Essential Duties:
Prepare and assemble various segments of mechanical systems and top-level assemblies as well as lower-level components and sub-assemblies under the direction of the immediate supervisor.

Machine Operator
SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to attend a variety of different sized plastic injection molding machines to produce a variety of plastic products, primarily for the medical and scientific communities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may
be assigned Removes molded products from the molding machine and visually inspects,
de-gates and trims parts when necessary. May perform limited size inspection utilizing gages,
micrometer calipers, or special fixtures. Bags parts and applies header cards or labels when
required. Performs post-molding operations such as the milling gates, drilling holes, inserting
inserts, hand removal of mold components from parts, hot stamping, etc. at the molding
machine and during the molding cycle. Properly packs the finished or semi-finished parts into
master cartons. May also operate a regrinding machine, rework or inspect other molded
parts and fill in on other machines as demand rises. Maintains production statistics and
prepares a report for the Lead Operator at the end of the shift.

Education and Experience
- Minimum bachelor of science degree. Masters of Science or MBA preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project manager leading technology development, product, or continuous improvement projects. Greater than 5 years preferred.
- PMP or PMI certification preferred. Familiarity with static, dynamic, agile, and scrum project management processes
- Working knowledge of common project management tools such as SmartSheet, Microsoft Project, EZ Project, etc
- Working knowledge/familiarity with MES, ERP, MRP systems
- Working knowledge engineering (mechanical, electrical, controls – dimensioning, tolerance, schematics, etc) and production (assembly, fabrication, machining, electrical, etc) practices
- Experience with engineering to order products, preferably freeze dryers (pressure vessels, refrigeration, etc) or automation equipment is highly desirable
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry is preferred. Familiarity with GMP
- Advanced time management and analytic experience preferred. Structured problem solving is a plus.
- A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite software package in such programs as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Project.

SUMMARY
The Marketing Data Coordinator is responsible for managing database structure and content for the product database in support of Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management and our Customers. This position has the ability to make a difference and have a direct impact on driving sales growth by effectively merchandising, promoting and communicating the value proposition of our products across SP Industries platforms as well as our customer’s portals by providing accurate and complete product data and content.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Daily management of product data system, maintaining overall integrity and quality, ensuring that software is operating properly including backups, synchronization with website, graphics etc.
- Working directly with top distributor partners to proactively populate new or review existing presentation of SP Scienceware product content based on individual distributor requirements, provide new or updated content, and monitor implementation.
- Resolving discrepancies between product data and integration with website orders.
- Working with brand and Portfolio Managers to update/add products and make changes to database structure to support product content goals across internal and external platforms.
- Working cross functionally to educate, train and support users on data standards, relevant usage procedures and provide exports of data in a timely manner.
- Working with outside vendors and internal IT support personnel to troubleshoot and resolve application and database related problems as well as software vendor to ensure that all software updates are properly installed and rolled out.
- Establishing and adhering data quality standards
- Developing and reporting relevant metrics on use and impact of Product Data system
- Providing monthly reports on traffic and sales for the website
- Proofreading marketing materials to ensure accuracy to current product data
- Work cooperatively to update and maintain procedures pertaining to the processes and policies for validation and use of data contained within the Content Management System

Manufacturing Manager
SP is seeking a passionate, driven, and creative Manufacturing Manager to take the Warminster, PA manufacturing team to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, project management, supply chain management, experience leading technically complex equipment manufacturing, fabrication/welding/machining, and mechanical/electrical assembly operations. This leader must thrive on challenging the status-quo, and have a passion for designing, leading, and implementing cross-functional process improvements. This leader will have responsibility for leading the manufacturing, planning, manufacturing engineering, and warehouse/logistics teams that support the manufacture of SP’s PennTech product line.
The Manufacturing Manager will lead the team in the achievement of daily production, quality, cost and delivery requirements in support of the business operating plan. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain adequate staffing and capacity plans to support SP’s growing market share. This leader should be able to positively manage a skilled workforce by focusing on talent development and succession planning. Most importantly, this candidate must create a culture that embraces change and focuses on continuous operational improvements that further enhance the customer experience with SP’s products and services.
This leader's primary task will be to inspire the manufacturing, planning, and warehouse and logistics teams to achieve new heights through the use of strengths based management, process improvement, and Lean techniques. This is a full time position within the Operations Department reporting directly to Plant Manager. The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for the leadership and guidance of the PennTech equipment manufacturing team which specializes in the fabrication, assembly, and test of our vial handling, auto loading, vial washing, and liquid filling line equipment. The role will also cover providing daily guidance to the functional and business support roles including include purchasing, planning, warehouse and logistics, quality, and manufacturing engineering. The Manufacturing Manager will work with the cross functional members of the organization to implement continuous improvement tools, operational metrics, standardization of work flows, demand planning of materials/labor, schedule adherence to commitments, resource allocations, shift sizing, capacity planning and performance reporting.

- Responsible for leading the manufacturing, purchasing, planning, and warehouse/distribution team in the achievement of the overall customer experience for SP’s PennTech branded products.
- Develop business plans, budgets, staffing plans, and forecasts, implements lean manufacturing concepts.
- Direct production and ensure cost effectiveness and consistency with safety, quality accuracy and performance standards.
- Expert "hands on" knowledge of manufacturing process.
- Manage Human Resources issues as needed.

SP Industries is seeking a Utility Worker position in the NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) department to perform various activities on glass tubes such as operating cutting, round bottoming and silk screening machines according to external customer and internal company prints and specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Set up and operate equipment used to blow bottoms in NMR tubes
- Blow round bottoms and meet tolerances according to specifications on various sizes of NMR tubes
- Set up, operate and maintain throughput expectations on a manual tube straightening machine
- Set up and operate an automatic tube cutting machine to meet throughput expectations
- Visually inspect and gauge tolerances according to specifications
- Use a variety of measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure parts meet quality levels for size and finish
- Assist in managing the supply of replacement parts
- Observe all precautions, rules and regulations related to environmental, health and safety matters (i.e., PPE, properly deposing of wastes, etc.).
- Understand and follow Bills of Materials and process routers
